Changes!

I am so excited to finish up my complete “branding” if you will across all my sites. Some of you may already be following my site All for the Boys. It has definitely grown more than I could have imagined this last year and I’m so exctied to see where it goes.

I can’t wait to add more projects and content to this blog as well which will be changing to

All for the Memories

You shouldn’t have a problem with your RSS feeds or anything like that because I won’t be removing the existing ones. I just wanted you to know in case you started seeing title changes. I’m excited to complete my sites and get them all working together. You may not know about yet one other site I have (because it’s been a secret for now) All for the Everyday. You can access both of my other blogs in the menu bar of this (or any other one) if you want to see what else we are up to!

All for the Everyday will encompass everything that doesn’t quite go into this blog - gluten free recipes, DIY house projects, Phoenix adventures, fashion (hahaha!) etc. I hope you’ll join me over there as well!

SHOPPING

So I got my haircut not too long ago and now shopping. What’s happening to me?! ;)

I was recently invited to attend a bloggers event at Down East Basics. I couldn’t refuse! I had never been to the store (going to new stores is NOT fun with 2 or 3 boys in tow) Jared is usually very encouraging and is awesome shopping with me but I just don’t like it. I hate looking through the racks to find what I need, I hate the waiting in line, just the whole thing. I must not be a very good female!

Anyway I really wanted to try out Down East Basics because I had heard a little bit about it on Twitter from my blogger friends. I had heard it being compared to Anthropologie but at a cheaper price point (cheaper is good).

The boys and I headed to the mall - they went to the hat store and the Lego store and I headed to Down East Basics. The store is super cute with fun coordinating colors. It wasn’t too overwhelming and when I started looking through the clothing I was struck by how soft everything was.

After mingling with MomEndeavors, Pink Cake Plate, Super Saving Sense, Worley House, I Heart Naptime, Jacquilyn Avery, and Pink Bow Bath Boutique I finally tried a handful of things on.

Everything was soft! I ended up with 2 shirts and a tank. I REALLY loved a pair of jeans but needed them in a short length and was told they have them online. I didn’t get a picture of myself (oops!) but had a blast!

Have you ever shopped there?

FABULOUS BLOGGERS

Thanks to Trop50 for sponsoring my writing about fabulous bloggers. This year Trop50 is granting 50 Fabulous Wishes. Click here to enter for a chance to win $1,000 to celebrate a friend with a refreshing attitude about looking and feeling fabulous!

Does anyone read the paper first thing in the morning anymore? The first thing I read in the morning is my blog reader. I love that I can connect with other people through the internet. I can learn about them as a person, what inspires them, and they inspire me. So I made a list of 5 Fabulous Bloggers. What makes a blogger fabulous to me? I think because they engage, inspire, captivate, and entertain me.  Here are 5 of my fav bloggers

The Pioneer Woman - Who hasn’t heard of the Pioneer Woman? She’s real, funny, and humble even with all her crazy recent success! Her photos are gorgeous and she always has something fun going on on her blog.

Dana from MADE - I think I love her because she is who I hope others view me as. Colorful, happy, and creative. She sews like a mad woman, and shares it all with me (ok and all her other thousands of readers).

Ashley from Under the Sycamore is crazy crafty AND she is still outnumbered by boys (same here) she shares amazing DIY tutorials for all kinds of crafts, gifts, DIY home improvement projects, and activities to do with your kiddos.

Kelle from Enjoying the Small Things - Kelle puts all my parental thoughts into a beautiful string of words. I love viewing the photos of their daily life and reading all of their simple + special daily happenings.

Elise from enJOY it. Elise doesn’t have kids (yet) like all the other bloggers I highlighted, but she is married and she has some of the best ideas for keeping/displaying memories. I love her He & She series on her blog and how she is so open about the projects she’s working on both household and memory keeping.

These are just FIVE of the many of bloggers I share my morning with, there are so many more that I love. Who are some of your favorites?

Don’t forget to enter the 50 Fabulous Wishes contest for a chance to win $1,000 to celebrate a friend with a refreshing attitude about looking and feeling fabulous. I was selected for this Tropicana Trop50 sponsorship by the Clever Girls Collective, which endorses Blog With Integrity, as I do. I received compensation to use and facilitate my post.
