LEGO PARTY PART 1 - THE INVITATION!
Wednesday, October 27, 2010 I was inspired by an invitation I saw here , but I really wanted to create something myself. Here’s what I came up with! The images used are mine :) The tri-folds were purchased at Michaels.

PLEASE READ: If you do not have Photoshop you will not be able to edit the text in the .psd file, you will have to type in the info in another program (using the .jpg files) or print the blank invite and write it in by hand. There is a free program called gimp (do a google search) that will allow you to edit .psd files. Also remember that this is a zipped file so you will need to unzip it to use the files inside. How to unzip on a pc how to unzip on a mac

Love these.. I am not computer literate at all. Are you willing to be paid to make a set of 25? Not needed for 2 months! :)
I LOVE these party invitations! So clever. Thanks for sharing!
What a great invitation! Unfortunately, i tried to download the file on my Mac, it wouldn't work.
I wanted to use the template for my son 6-yr-old birthday party. Could you please email the file to me? Thank you so much!
Adore the invite, in the process of planning my sons Lego party at the moment - he has me stuck on your invite watching it open over and over again. I've tried to download the invite however a message pops up saying the file is damaged. If it is still available please could you email it to me on Would be hugely appreciated. Thank you for sharing your party ideas too.
I just want to say THANK YOU for these invitations! I just made them for my son's 6th birthday party and everyone was in love with them! They're amazing!!
Thanks for posting your invitation. It's nice to know that they're still moms out there that are willing to help other moms!

I'm trying to make these, but I can't find the right paper. The link posted above doesn't work anymore. :(
Thanks for the images. I've printed out some invitations for my son's birthday party. I just changed it to a single-folded invite with his name and age. Thanks for doing this and for separating the layers so we could change it around a little. I love how they turned out!
Hi, This is just great, but like others I am unable to delete the grey text so that I can print it. Are you able to email the invite to me? Many thanks Diane
Great invite!!! Could you please send me a link? I would like to use this invite for my sons birthday. Thank you!

Hi, Thanks for posting this, it is sooo cool! I wasn't able to find the invitations at my local Michael's, do you know what size the paper was that you used? I need to see if I could find and alternative. Do you have any suggestions?
